做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
