做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
