做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
