做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
