做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
