做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
