做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
